International Kindergarten in Rizhao !

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten.
3. Native English speakers, eligible for a work visa.
4. Female teacher is preferred.

Job Details:

1. No. of students: Less than 26 students in a class
2. Students aged: 3-6
3. Working time: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, about 200 working days per year

Responsibilities:

1. Arrive at 7:45 am and welcome, and supervise children on their arrival.
2. Be responsible for each child’s safety throughout the day and ensure a safe afternoon dismissal.
3. Be responsible for marking the register twice daily.
4. Be able to work as part of a team to develop an innovative curriculum based on the Foundation Stage from England, and student interests.
5. Have a flexible hands-on teaching style that embraces the inquiry method.
6. Cater to the individual needs of children.
7. Develop effective ongoing assessment techniques through observations.
8. Write four reports (2 progress reports, 1 mid-year, and a final at the end-of-year report) to parents each academic year.
