Secondary School Science Teacher Wanted for; an International School in Downtown Qingdao

Requirements: 

1. Native English speaker
2. 3+years years relevant classroom experience
3. General Science teaching experience and teaching license
4. BA degree or above, a degree in science education preferred
5. IGCSE, A Level curricula experience

Job Responsibility:

1. Teach science classes and work with Chinese co-teachers
2. Prepare materials for the classes and exams.
3. Prepare lesson plans including a variety of visual aids, textbooks, and creative projects for the classes.
4. Set appropriate tasks and challenges for homework according to the published timetable, and ensure that it is regularly marked with constructive feedback.
5. Grade homework, and tests, and complete regular progress reports.
6. Provide occasional open classes for observation and promotion events.
7. Attend weekly meetings
8. Encourage students throughout the learning process and maintain a positive classroom environment.
9. Encourage and foster intellectual curiosity among students.
10. Check that all subject matter is effectively communicated and understood by all groups of students.

Benefits:

1. Salary range: 21,000RMB to 35,000month a month
2. Housing allowance: 3000RMB/month
3. Daily lunch provided

5. Airfare reimbursed after one year contract(9000RMB)
6. Legal work visa (Z visa)

(Paid holidays: Chinese government holidays, about one month off in the winter, and about two months off in the summer (during winter and summer vacation time, teachers will receive half amount of their salary)
